All Sales Final on Food Products
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any consumable products, including teas, tinctures, powders, or any other edible items. This policy helps ensure the purity and integrity of our products for all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue store credit where appropriate. Please provide:
