Thank you for choosing QE's Wild Harvest LLC We’re excited to share our herbal goods with you. Below you'll find all the details about how we process and ship orders.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or due to high order volume, processing may take an extra day or two. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed!


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (within USA): 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


 

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


📦 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship food or herbal products to locations where they are prohibited by law. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure our products are legal to import in their country or region.
