🌿 Ingredient:
100% Organic Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Cut & Sifted.

🍵 How to Brew:

If being used for medicinal purposes, using the decoction method has shown the best results at extracting the necessary properties from roots, bark and twigs.

Decoction:

Place herbs in a saucepan, add enough cold water to submerge the herbs and bring to a boil.

Simmer for about 20-30 minutes, or until liquid is reduced to about one-third. 

Strain out liquid into a cup and store any excess in a cool fridge for up to 48 hours.
